Went around the rubber nursery and saw the process of grafting to improve yield then went in the car to the Head Planter’s for morning drinks, etc. What a bungalow, every modern convenience. In the evening went out to dinner at Knox’s; more beer and cards, but quite a party until 1:00 a.m. Retired very tired.
