PT first, then Urdu. Coy. Cdr. (Company Commander) on charge because we were late for Urdu having been discharged late from PT, certainly not his fault. PT test rope climbing. Three periods of FC on the Plain; warm work. lying down and then running around. Two periods of Morse. Today received pay INR272/14, a good deal of money (£21). Now must get it into the bank. Wish I was in England as I could soon fix things. (12,000 miles causes some difficulty) – anxious to send some to Mother.
